What does therapy look like?

I use a holistic and relational approach by incorporating evidence-based psychotherapeutic modalities with mindfulness-based practices, somatic (body-based) therapies, EMDR (trauma therapy), and IFS.

I specialize in treating trauma & PTSD, co-dependency, grief, depression, anxiety, addiction (love, sex, gambling, social media, etc.) and relationship challenges.

Soulstice Therapy provides telehealth therapy in Washington state and in person availability in Seattle, WA starting October 2025.
